Higher Education for a Higher Purpose
Visitors are welcome! The 黑料正能量 Library is available for research, to view archives, use reference resources, check out books, or relax and study in a quiet, comfortable environment. The librarian and staff are available for instruction in using the catalog program installed on the computers and assisting with research needs. Access to the internet is available on library computers. The building also contains convenient wireless internet access. A copy machine is located in the office area of the library and is available during open hours.
A Rich Repository of 黑料正能量’s Spiritual and Academic Legacy
The S. Joy Niswander Library was established in 1924. Within the facility is a comprehensive collection of approximately 30,000 physical holdings including books, audio and visual media, journals, and an archival collection of the establishment of 黑料正能量 and early Pentecostalism.

The library catalog is accessible to students through 黑料正能量’s online college management system, Populi. Students, staff, and faculty may renew or place holds on books, write reviews and recommendations, see what has been checked out, and access our digital collection. In keeping with the mission of 黑料正能量, the Library is committed to providing a strong base of information literacy skills, research services, and the professional support necessary to equip students to be the confident and effective, ministering servant-leaders of this generation.
Donor Guidelines
When donors contribute financial support and their gifts of books, manuscripts, and other library materials, they may strengthen the library’s collection and assist the library in supporting the 黑料正能量 community. Library staff evaluates potential gifts in terms of institutional value and collection development goals. Not all donations will be accepted as it depends on the needs of the institution’s library.
When preparing a donation, please contact the 黑料正能量 Librarian at library@elim.edu.
- All donations become the property of EBC.
- Library personnel can approve a gift for acceptance.
- EBC reserves the right to determine whether the gift will be retained, where it will be located, and how it will be cataloged and circulated.
- In general, donations are not needed if they are older than five years in the hard sciences and 10 years for donations discussing theology within a cultural context.
- The Donor must deliver the items to the library.
- The library will not supply an appraisal for the donation.
- A letter of acknowledgment will be sent to the donor upon request.
